INARE-CAPTE实验室主任 (前任)，科技部中法植物表型联合实验室法方负责人，南京农业大学兼职教授，Plant Phenomics期刊主编

Prof. Baret has been focusing on radiative transfer modelling in the solar domain, estimation of canopy and soil characteristics from radiometric observations, and assimilating these data into canopy functioning models. He is the leader of operational biophysical products from European VEGETATION, PROBAV, and SENTINEL-2 satellites. He has also chaired the CEOS/Land Product Validation group. Recently he has become involved in close range remote sensing techniques with application to high throughput phenotyping.

报告题目：Using Big Data to Assess Vegetation Traits in Crop Close Range and Remote Sensing

INARE-CAPTE实验室主任 (2022-)，Remote Sensing of Environment期刊主编

The main research interest of Dr. Weiss is the estimation of biophysical variables from remote sensing data at satellite, UAV, and ground levels. She has been working on the development of operational products from European VEGETATION, PROBAV, and SENTINEL-2 satellites. She has designed instruments and softwares for ground based sensing (e.g. CAN-EYE, PASTiS, SCANAREA) and applied UAVs and mobile robots in phenotyping studies. Dr. Weiss is a leader of the CEOS/LPV subgroup on fAPAR since 2017 and is a committee member of the THEIA land data center in charge of providing SENTINEL-2 products.

Dr. Comar co-founded HIPHEN in 2014 and has led its growth as CEO since then. Today HIPHEN connects researchers worldwide to plant phenotyping and crop image analysis tools and now engages the skills of agronomists, engineers, and scientists in France and the USA. It counts among its clients Moet Chandon, Syngenta, CIMMYT, ICARDA and many other companies, researchers and NGO’s involved in crop research globally. The goal of HIPHEN is to help people develop the varieties, processes, and products that will secure the food supply and create more sustainable and profitable options for farmers and the agricultural ecosystem around the world.

Dr. Marie-Pia d'Argaignon is an assistant researcher at the INRAE-CAPTE. Her main work is crop phenotyping research and she has developed several algorithms for estimating phenotypic parameters in wheat fields.
